Boyne Raspberry (Rubus idaeus ‘Boyne’) is a mid–season red raspberry developed at the Morden Research Station in Manitoba. In spring it’s cloaked in delicate white blossoms, giving way to firm, bright-red berries with a sweet-tangy flavour. Ripening early and cropping reliably even in cooler climates, it’s ideal for fresh eating, freezing or preserves. Boyne thrives in full sun and rich, well-drained soil, and its sturdy canes simplify harvesting. With excellent cold hardiness and disease resistance, it’s a top choice for home gardens and small orchards in Canada.
