Alpine Rock Cress ‘Snow Cap’ (Arabis alpina ‘Snow Cap’) is a low-growing, mat-forming perennial prized for its early-spring display of pure white flowers above small evergreen rosettes of grey-green foliage. Thriving in full sun to part shade and exceptionally tolerant of poor, well-drained soils, it carpets rock gardens, gravel beds and edging with a cloud of blooms. Hardy in Canadian zones 3–7, ‘Snow Cap’ is both deer-resistant and drought-tolerant once established.
